The legal entity named CABLEEN S.A. DE C.V. <\/b>dedicated to the development, production and marketing of audio cable establishes the following return policy for all products sold to our customers.<\/p>

Deadline for returns<\/b>
Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days<\/b> after the date of purchase, as long as the original proof of purchase<\/b>.<\/p>

Conditions for accepting returns<\/b><\/p>

  • The product must be in perfect conditions<\/b>without signs of use or installation.<\/li>
  • The original packaging and all included accessories must be complete and in good condition.<\/li>
  • Product returns will not be accepted cut to size<\/b>, custom<\/b> o with damage due to misuse or improper installation<\/b>.<\/li><\/ul>

    Return process<\/b>
    To initiate a return, please send an email to cableen_mexico@outlook.com<\/b> indicating the following information:<\/p>

    • Proof of purchase number<\/li>
    • Date of purchase<\/li>
    • Product purchased<\/li>
    • Reason for return<\/li>
    • Photographs of the product and its packaging<\/li><\/ul>

      The period to define the acceptance or rejection of the return will be within a period not exceeding 24 hours after receipt of the information. The response of acceptance or rejection of the return will be sent to the same email from which the information was received.<\/p>

      Options when approving a return<\/b>
      Once the process is approved, you will be able to choose between:<\/p>

      • Product replacement. <\/b>Within 5 days after acceptance of the return.<\/li>
      • Credit note for future purchases.<\/b> It is processed within 72 hours after approval of the return.<\/li>
      • Reimbursement.<\/b> It is processed within a maximum of 72 hours after approval of the return and will be made by the same payment method used in the purchase.<\/li><\/ul>

        In either case a notification will be sent to the customer confirming that the process has been attended.<\/p>

        Shipping costs<\/b><\/p>

        • If the return is due to Cableen S.A. de C.V.'s error (incorrect, defective product, etc.), Cableen S.A. de C.V. will be responsible for the shipping costs.<\/li>
        • In any other case, the customer shall bear the cost of the return shipment.<\/li><\/ul>

          Special considerations<\/b><\/p>

          For refund requests after the refund period established in the preceding paragraphs Cableen S.A. de C.V. has a maximum period of 3-year warranty<\/b> from the date of purchase and with original receipt<\/b> in all its parts, workmanship and manufacturing defects. Damages caused by improper use, incorrect installation, product modification, negligence, or natural wear and tear derived from daily use (such as deformation, oxidation, insulation wear, etc.) are excluded from this warranty period. These cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and, if not considered a manufacturing defect, the return process will not apply.<\/p>
