relation to the <b>Personal Data <\/b>you have provided us with, you will need to follow the process below:<\/span><\/p><ol class=\"ol1\"><li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s1\">You must make a written request indicating: a) your full name, b) contact information including your email address and a cell phone number, c) a simple visible and valid copy of your official identification, d) the ARCO right you wish to exercise and make reference to the partial or total information related to your request, e) date and subject that was reviewed with us, and f) the document must be signed by the file format, legible and complete, in order for us to process the Application.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">In case of acting through a representative in any of the above mentioned applications, the existence of the representation must be evidenced by means of a public instrument or power of attorney signed before two witnesses, if applicable, and a simple copy of the official with INAI within 15 (fifteen) days from the date you receive our response or from the end of the period of 20 (twenty) days from the date of the acknowledgement of receipt of the Request for the
