All documentation must be sent in PDF file format, legible and complete, in order for us to process the Application.
In case of acting through a representative in any of the above mentioned applications, the existence of the representation must be evidenced by means of a public instrument or power of attorney signed before two witnesses, if applicable, and a simple copy of the official identification of the representative must also be sent.
Which authority is responsible for safeguarding your Personal Data held by third parties?
The competent authority to defend your rights with respect to your Personal Data in the possession of third parties will be the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data, INAI (https://home.inai.org.mx/), therefore, if you consider that your right to protection of privacy has been violated, you must Personal Data you may file a complaint with INAI within 15 (fifteen) days from the date you receive our response or from the end of the period of 20 (twenty) days from the date of the acknowledgement of receipt of the Request for the exercise of rights.
