The legal entity named CABLEEN S.A. DE C.V. dedicated to the development, production and marketing of audio cable makes this Privacy Notice for all legal purposes that apply.

What is a Privacy Notice for?

Its purpose is to inform you that all the information you have provided us on your own or at our request for administrative or commercial reasons, will be treated in accordance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data. Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, hereinafter referred to as the "Company".Law".

Who will be responsible for my personal data?

The legal entity CABLEEN S.A. DE C.V., through its representative, Mr. JORGE OMAR MUÑOZ MUÑOZ MUÑOZ, the administrative personnel. With offices located at 707 Orquidea Street, Colonia Guadalupe in the State of Chihuahua, Chihuahua.

What kind of information might we need?

The information you share with us will depend on the professional or commercial relationship that we celebrate, this information will be delivered in person, in person, through electronic media or by any means, whether it is information that we directly request or that is necessary for internal company matters or to enter into a commercial agreement. 

Like Personal DataThe following is a general statement, without limitation, the following information can be identified:

• Personal Data: name(s) and surname(s); e-mail address; work and cell phone numbers); Federal Taxpayers Registry registration and/or any modification; Federal Taxpayers Registry Code; proof of address; commercial and/or personal references; official identification, among others.

• Sensitive Personal Data: bank account information (banking institution, account number, CLABE interbank and branch), commercial information, name and contact information of employees and authorized persons of third parties with whom we make a commercial agreement, labor, legal, patrimonial information, among others.

We understand that the Personal Data of third parties (such as personal and/or commercial references) that you provide us, already have the authorization of the owner to be delivered and processed by us in accordance with this privacy notice.

For what purposes do we request Personal Data?

The Personal Data we will be requesting or obtaining will be used for the following purposes: a) to identify you as an employee, customer or supplier; b) to prepare documents, contracts, agreements, invoices, receipts and/or documentation related to the relationship; c) to receive and/or process payments; c) storage and preservation of records; and, d) to comply with terms and conditions we have established with you, among others. 

The Personal Data and their confidentiality are protected by administrative, technical and/or physical security measures to prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, access or improper disclosure.

What Personal Data is shared with collaborators or agents related to the company? Understood as: Transmission of Personal Data.

In cases where it is necessary to share with external agents or collaborators of the company the Personal Datawill be originated by the labor or commercial relationship that has been entered into between the parties. However, at any time you may expressly state that the information will not be shared with any third party, if not communicated in writing, as part of our operations and business relationship, it will be done, always in compliance with the same security and confidentiality measures that we would have with our own information.

What are ARCO Rights?

It is the right of every person to the protection of his or her personal information (Personal Data), which includes the right to the protection of his or her personal information (Personal Data). Access, Rectification, Cancelation and Oposition of the information provided to a third party. 

Understanding by Personal Data Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person, which may be expressed in numerical, alphabetical, graphic, photographic, acoustic or any other form, for example: name, surname, CURP, marital status, place and date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail, degree of studies, salary, among others.

How can I exercise my ARCO Rights?

To exercise your ARCO Rights in relation to the Personal Data you have provided us with, you will need to follow the process below:

1. You must make a written request indicating: a) your full name, b) contact information including your email address and a cell phone number, c) a simple visible and valid copy of your official identification, d) the ARCO right you wish to exercise and make reference to the partial or total information related to your request, e) date and subject that was reviewed with us, and f) the document must be signed by the person who submits it and is the owner of the data, e) the date and subject that was reviewed with us, and f) the document must be signed by the person who submits it and is the owner of the data, g) the person who is the owner of the data, h) the person who is the owner of the data. 2. Such written notice must be submitted via email to [email protected] or physically presented at the address of our offices, which was previously identified.
3. You will be given an acknowledgement of receipt of the letter or the mail will be answered confirming receipt of the letter.
4. You will receive information about your request within 20 (twenty) business days from the acknowledgement of receipt of the Request.
5. And, in a term no longer than 15 (fifteen) business days after our response to your Request, the request will be effective in relation to your Personal Data.

All documentation must be sent in PDF file format, legible and complete, in order for us to process the Application.

In case of acting through a representative in any of the above mentioned applications, the existence of the representation must be evidenced by means of a public instrument or power of attorney signed before two witnesses, if applicable, and a simple copy of the official identification of the representative must also be sent.

Which authority is responsible for safeguarding your Personal Data held by third parties?

The competent authority to defend your rights with respect to your Personal Data in the possession of third parties will be the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data, INAI (https://home.inai.org.mx/), therefore, if you consider that your right to protection of privacy has been violated, you must Personal Data you may file a complaint with INAI within 15 (fifteen) days from the date you receive our response or from the end of the period of 20 (twenty) days from the date of the acknowledgement of receipt of the Request for the exercise of rights.
